Terms of service

1. Who we are

These terms apply to the services offered on nankurunaisa.site by Nankurunaisa LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA. Legal address: 1210 Washington Ave Ste 213 Miami Beach FL 33139. Customer support: info@maia-astrologia.com.

2. What we offer

All services are delivered online. We do not sell physical products and nothing is shipped.

3. How to hire us

Web services, maintenance and consulting. Send us a message through the contact form or at info@maia-astrologia.com. Prices published on the website are a guide. Before any work starts we agree the scope, price and timeline in writing (a quote or an email confirmation), and that written agreement is what applies to your order.

Maia Premium. You subscribe online through the Maia website, where the plan, price and conditions are shown before you pay. See Maia Premium.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown in the quote or at checkout. Online payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details.

5. Subscriptions

The Maia Premium annual plan renews automatically every year until you cancel. You can cancel before the next renewal as explained in Refunds and cancellation.

6. Delivery

Digital services only. For Maia Premium, you get online access to the Premium features with your account. For web projects, delivery is agreed in the written quote.

7. What Maia is, and what it is not

Maia calculates charts and presents technical data for you to interpret. It does not replace a professional astrologer, and it does not promise predictions or results.

8. Your content and intellectual property

You keep the rights to the texts, images and other material you give us. Third-party components used in a project (such as WordPress, plugins or fonts) keep their own licences. Unless the written quote says otherwise, the specific terms of ownership and delivery of a project are those agreed in that quote.

9. Liability

We provide our services with professional care. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country where you live, nor any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with its date, applies to new orders. Subscriptions already running keep the conditions shown when you subscribed until their next renewal.
