1. Who is responsible

2. What data we collect and why

• Contact form: name, email address, topic and the message you write. We use it only to answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to prepare a quote or agreement.
• Anti-spam: the form uses a hidden field and a time check, and limits the number of submissions per hour. For that limit, a hashed form of your IP address is kept temporarily on the server.
• Customers: data needed to issue quotes and invoices and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

3. Maia and payments

Accounts and subscriptions of Maia are managed on the Maia website (maia-astrologia.com), where its own data information applies. Card payments are handled by a third-party payment provider; Nankurunaisa LLC does not store full card numbers.

4. Cookies

This website does not use cookies or analytics or advertising trackers.

5. Legal basis

Your consent when you send us a message, the performance of a contract or the steps you request before one, our legitimate interest in preventing spam, and our legal obligations.

6. Who receives the data

Only the providers we need to run the service: web hosting, email delivery and payment processing. They process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data.

7. How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Customer records are kept for the period required by law.

8. Your rights

You can ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability of your data by writing to info@maia-astrologia.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may complain to the data protection authority of your country (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
