Refunds and cancellation

1. Cancelling Maia Premium

• The Maia Premium annual plan renews automatically every year until you cancel.
• To cancel, write to info@maia-astrologia.com from the email address of your account, before the renewal date. We confirm the cancellation by email.
• When you cancel, no further charges are made. You keep access to Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for.

2. Refunds

• Send your refund request to info@maia-astrologia.com with the email of your account and the reason.
• We review every request individually and answer by email.
• Your legal rights. If the law of your country gives you a right of withdrawal (for example, 14 days for consumers in the European Union), you can use it by writing to us. If you asked for the service to start during that period, we may deduct an amount proportionate to what has already been provided, as the law allows.
• If you forgot to cancel and a renewal has been charged, tell us as soon as you notice and we will review your case.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to show up depends on your bank.

3. Web development, maintenance and consulting

Deposits, cancellation and refunds for these services are those set out in the written quote or agreement for your order. If you have a question about it, write to info@maia-astrologia.com.
